Bacon, diced
2 16 oz cans beans, drained
3/4 c. BBQ Sauce
1 can apple pie filling (dice up the big chunks)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp barbecue rub
Brown bacon, and sauté onion and green pepper in bacon grease! Mix in remaining ingredients. Smoke at 300º for 1 1/2 hour or until hot.
We will also add left over pork or brisket if you have it.
It's baked beans toss in what you would like.
