Crab Quiche
Ingredients:
- 1 10" pie shell
- 2 drops Great White Shark - Predator Hot Sauce
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 8oz. swiss cheese (shredded)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup onion (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup red & green peppers (finely diced)
- 2 teaspoons sherry salt
Directions:
Prick & bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and remove from oven. Mix
all ingredients together & pour into the pie shell. Bake in oven at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes or until firm.
