The story of the CRAWFISH

 

10 lbs crawfish
3 gallons water
2 garlic, whole, broken into cloves
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
2 lemmins, quartered
3 yellow onions, chopped
1 box crushed red pepper
1 box ground red pepper
1 small box black pepper
1 small jar mustard
1 box salt

 

 

1. Put water in large pot and add all seasonings stir well.
2. Put  crawfish in, stir again.
3. Light fire.
4. When water comes to rolling boil, time 5 minutes.

5. turn fire off
6. Let soak 5 minutes.
7. Serve with beverage and plenty of napkins.
