Smokerd Salmon
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 salmon filet (3 pounds to 4 lbs)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon fennel
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add all ingedients to oil then brush over filet. Allow to sit 1 to 2 hours.
Then using a cedar plank, smoke @ 275 until meat will flake apart. This will be about 1hr or 130 internal temp. (time will very with filet size)
